目的探讨动态脉压与靶器官如颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、左心室重量指数(LVMI)、血肌酐的相关性。方法将150例高血压患者根据动态脉压不同分组:Ⅰ组,动态脉压≤60mm Hg;Ⅱ组,动态脉压60~80mm Hg;Ⅲ组,动态脉压>80mm Hg;对所有入选者行颈动脉超声、心脏超声和血肌酐测定。结果 3组原发性高血压患者IMT、LVMI和血肌酐随动态脉压的升高而显著增加,P<0.05。结论脉压是IMT、左心室肥厚等靶器官的重要危险因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between ambulatory pulse pressure and target organs such as carotid intima-media thickness (IMT), left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and serum creatinine. Methods 150 hypertensive patients were divided into two groups based on dynamic pulse pressure: group Ⅰ, pulse pressure ≤ 60 mm Hg; group Ⅱ, dynamic pulse pressure 60 ~ 80 mm Hg; group Ⅲ, pulse pressure> 80 mm Hg; Carotid ultrasound, echocardiography and serum creatinine were measured. Results The IMT, LVMI and serum creatinine in patients with essential hypertension were significantly increased with the increase of dynamic pulse pressure (P <0.05). Conclusion Pulse pressure is an important risk factor for target organs such as IMT and left ventricular hypertrophy.
