一、云烟的高速、高效发展 党的十一届三中全会以来,云南省烟草行业逐步进入一个高速度、高效益发展的腾飞时期,取得了巨大的成就。烤烟收购量由1978年的12.19万吨增加到1992年的73.07万吨,增长了5倍。1992年烤烟收购量已占全国总收购量275万吨的26.5％。卷烟产量由1978年的63.3万箱增加到1992年的466.16万箱,增长6.63倍,已占全国总产量3279万箱的14.2％。全省两烟实现的税利从1978年的2.96亿元增加到1992年的93亿元,增长31.4倍,占当年全国烟草行业实现
