应用原位末端标记法(TUNEL)和免疫组化技术对50例卵巢癌术后石蜡包埋组织切片进行检测发现,卵巢癌组织中有细胞凋亡和BcL-2蛋白的表达,二者阳性率分别为68.00%(34/50)和50.00%(25/50)。BcL-2蛋白表达与细胞凋亡呈负相关。提示BcL-2蛋白可能通过抑制细胞凋亡而参与卵巢癌的发生与发展。
TUNEL and immunohistochemistry were used to detect paraffin-embedded tissue sections of 50 cases of ovarian cancer. The results showed that there were apoptosis and BcL-2 protein expression in ovarian cancer tissues. They were 68.00% (34/50) and 50.00% (25/50), respectively. The expression of BcL-2 protein was negatively correlated with apoptosis. It suggests that BcL-2 protein may participate in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer by inhibiting apoptosis.
