目的:建立测定清肺抑火丸中黄芩苷、栀子苷、芒果苷含量的毛细管电泳法。方法:以对硝基苯甲酸为内标;采用未涂层弹性融硅石英毛细管柱67cm×75μmID,有效长度60cm;以5mmol/L硼砂溶液+30%乙醇(pH9.28)为运行缓冲液;分离电压26kV;重力进样10s(高度15cm);检测波长238nm。结果:黄芩苷、栀子苷、芒果苷分别31.3~100.3μg/mL、18.2~118.3μg/mL、10.2~38.3μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率分别为99.8%、99.2%、98.8%,RSD均小于1.33%。结论:该方法专属性强,结果准确可靠,重现性好,可用于清肺抑火丸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a capillary electrophoresis method for the determination of baicalin, geniposide and mangiferin in Qingfei Yianghu Pills. Methods: The p-nitrobenzoic acid was used as internal standard. Uncoated fused silica capillary column 67cm × 75μmID and effective length 60cm. The buffer solution was 5mmol / L borax solution and 30% ethanol (pH9.28) Separation voltage 26kV; Gravity injection 10s (height 15cm); Detection wavelength 238nm. Results: The calibration curves of baicalin, geniposide and mangiferin were linear within the range of 31.3 ~ 100.3μg / mL, 18.2 ~ 118.3μg / mL and 10.2 ~ 38.3μg / mL, respectively. The recoveries were 99.8% , 98.8%, RSD less than 1.33%. Conclusion: The method is highly specific, accurate and reliable, reproducible, and can be used for quality control of Qingfei Yianghu Pills.
