《公民》下册的主要任务之一是对学生进行法制教育。初一学生年龄比较小,富于形象思维,容易接受生动而具体的东西,而缺乏抽象思维能力,对法律知识十分生疏。针对初中学生的年龄、思想、知识和心理等各个方面的特点,在教学中有必要选用一定数量的案例,为他们提供生动的具体的感性材料,在这个基础上再引导他们进行积极的思维,形成正确的概念,帮助他们正确理解和掌握所学的法律知识,增强法制观念,提高守法的自觉性。所以,在教学中精心挑选、恰当使用案例是十分重要的。下面谈谈我在教学中选用案例的一些体会。
One of the main tasks of the “Citizen” book is to provide students with legal education. Junior students are young, full of image thinking, and easy to accept vivid and concrete things. They lack abstract thinking skills and are very familiar with legal knowledge. Aiming at the characteristics of junior high school students such as age, thought, knowledge and psychology, it is necessary to use a certain number of cases in teaching to provide them with vivid and specific emotional materials, and then guide them to carry out active thinking. Form the correct concepts, help them to correctly understand and master the legal knowledge they have learned, strengthen the concept of the legal system, and increase the awareness of observing the law. Therefore, it is very important to carefully select and properly use cases in teaching. Let’s talk about some of the experiences of using cases in my teaching.
