证券市场改革,以继续深化证券发行体制改革和推进对外开放为两大主攻方向,正不断深入开展,目前已进入到新股发行制度改革这一关键阶段。最近,中国证券监督管理委员会下发了《关于进一步深化新股发行体制改革的指导意见》,对新股发行体制的改革向全社会作出了明确的部署。
