用X射线能谱分析、电子背散射衍射和粉末X射线衍射等技术研究了A165Cu20Fe15合金的铸往及其退火后的显微组织和相组成二发现铸锭中的初生晶是(AI,Cu)13Fe4;呈明显的枝晶结构枝晶间为十二面体准晶的菱面体近似相(R相)、CsCl结构的β相和微量的相和相.在随后800℃退火的过程,和相反应生成二十面体准晶,同时R相转变成二十面体准晶.退火后空冷,试样由十二面体准晶、少量相和微量的相组成.||
The microstructure and phase composition of A165Cu20Fe15 alloy after casting and its annealing were studied by X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy, electron backscatter diffraction and powder X-ray diffraction. The primary crystals in the ingot were found to be (AI, Cu) 13Fe4. The obvious dendrite interdendrites are rhombohedral phase (R phase) of dodecahedron quasicrystal, β phase and trace phase of CsCl structure. In the subsequent annealing at 800 ° C, the icosahedral quasicrystals are formed in the opposite phase and the R phase is converted into icosahedral quasicrystals. Air cooling after annealing, the sample from the dodecahedron quasicrystals, a small amount of phase and trace of the phase composition. ||
