本文介绍了应用湍流计算技术对葛洲坝水电站 ZZ500转轮的流动计算。给出了轴流式水轮机流动计算的建模方法,得到了 ZZ500转轮主要的内流动特性,基于流动分析结果,分析了对该转轮进行优化的可行性。
This paper introduces the application of turbulence calculation technology to ZZ500 runner of Gezhouba Hydropower Station. The modeling method of axial flow turbine flow calculation is given, and the main internal flow characteristics of ZZ500 runner are obtained. Based on the flow analysis results, the feasibility of optimizing the runner is analyzed.
