以甜高粱秸秆为原料,采用简易的固态发酵法提取粗乙醇,酵母菌接种量为0.2%、糖化酶0.1%、纤维素酶0.8%、发酵时间为120 h。发酵过程中定期测还原糖含量和酒精含量。结果显示,发酵48 h酒精含量达到最高值,还原糖含量开始平缓地降低,达到114 h还原糖含量降到0.12%,发酵到120 h时开始蒸酒,得到8.33 g/100 g 61%粗乙醇。
Using sweet sorghum straw as raw material, crude ethanol was extracted by simple solid state fermentation. The inoculum size of yeast was 0.2%, glucoamylase 0.1%, cellulase 0.8% and fermentation time 120 h. Fermentation process regular measurement of reducing sugar content and alcohol content. The results showed that after 48 h of fermentation, the content of alcohol reached the highest level, the content of reducing sugar began to decrease gently, and the content of reducing sugar reached 0.12% after 114 h. After 120 h of fermentation, the steaming started, yielding 8.33 g / 100 g of 61% .
