众所周知,门诊测血压时,血压值常因患者是否处于安静状态和测定次数多少而有所不同,但很少有报告专门调查门诊血压测定值和测定次数的关系。日本高知医科大学老年病科贞包典子等人,为了解上述二者间联系而进行了调查,调查对象是以高血压为主的心血管疾患93例患者,年龄63±11岁。第一回来门诊检查时,取坐位用自动血压计测量,每隔一分钟测一次,共测4次,在2～4周内做4回检查,藉以了解收缩压、舒张压、平均血压
