目的门诊检验医患的沟通,不仅增强了服务意识,提高检验医学的服务质量,而且全面提升了检验质量。方法收集整理1852例检验科门诊咨询服务的资料,对咨询者的身份、咨询的内容进行统计分析。结果患者及家属是检验科门诊咨询服务的主要对象,咨询内容以检验结果的解释最多。结论检验科门诊咨询服务有利于加强检验人员与患者及临床医护人员之间的交流与沟通,建立良好的医患关系,有利于完善检验质量管理。
The purpose of the clinic to test the communication between doctors and patients not only enhances the awareness of service and improves the quality of service of laboratory medicine, but also enhances the quality of inspection in an all-round way. Methods The data of 1852 outpatient consultation services were collected and analyzed, and the status of consultants and the contents of consultation were analyzed statistically. Results The patients and their families were the main targets of the consulting services of the laboratory. The content of the consultation explained the test results most. Conclusion The outpatient consultation service of inspection department is conducive to strengthening the communication and communication between examiner and patient and clinician, establishing a good doctor-patient relationship, and improving the quality control of inspection.
