当前水货泛滥,扰乱了市场经济的秩序。水货泛滥给老百姓带来了严重危害,而政府是治理水货市场的主体,应该在宣传教育、控制源头、克服政策惰性和维持“动态关税税率”方面下功夫。
The current flooding has disturbed the order of the market economy. The proliferation of parallel imports has brought serious harm to the people. The government is the main body in the control of the parallel market. It should make efforts in propaganda and education, control of sources, overcoming policy inertia and maintaining “dynamic tariff rates”.
