高职高专院校人才培养工作水平评估,实质是一项高职教育质量认证工程,评估的“二十”字方针准确明了,切中要害,评估的诊断、规范、导向作用意义重大。陕西杨凌职业技术学院作为全国重点建设的示范性职业技术学院之一,2003年参加了教育部组织的试点评估,并取得了良好成绩。以此为契机,通过不断整改、规范和提高．学院人才培养工作的水平与社会声誉不断提高。近3年新生报到率平均为96％,毕业生就业率平均为94．8％。目前在校生达到1．2万人,成为名副其实的“千亩校园、万人大学”。 Higher vocational colleges and universities personnel training level assessment, in essence, is a higher vocational education quality certification project, the assessment of the “twenty” word accurate and clear, the key, assessment of the diagnosis, standardization, guiding role is of great significance.
