通过调查和论证,昆明冶金研究所将选矿设备、测试仪器、过程自动化等三个研究室集团化,于1989年12月12 日成立了装备自控研究部。这个所在36年里,曾为冶金工业生产建设和技术进步,提供了一大批选矿和冶炼科研成果。近来,由于基建项目压缩等原因,为建设进行前期准备的矿石加工工艺试验研究项目锐减。与此同时,国民经济治理整顿和深化改革,对企业依靠科学技术改善素质和提高效益,对科研单位面向经济建设改革体制和增强活力,提供了良好的机遇。为适应新的形势,该所决定调整专业结构及主攻方向,更好地为企业技术进步,提高质量、降低消耗、增加效益、改善环境服务。
Through the investigation and demonstration, Kunming Institute of Metallurgy will be mineral processing equipment, test equipment, process automation group three laboratories, December 12, 1989 set up a self-control equipment research department.
