皮肤在保护身体免受环境损伤和水分流失方面发挥着关键作用.角化套膜和天然保湿因子被认为是皮肤水合功能的主要调节剂,其中丝聚蛋白作为角化套膜中最为重要的蛋白质,不仅维系角质层细胞间相互交联,而且可以降解形成天然保湿因子,对角质层的保水能力起着至关重要的作用.目前已有研究从多种途径证实了丝聚蛋白与皮肤保湿之间的关系,本文旨在对丝聚蛋白及降解过程对皮肤保湿的影响方面进行综述.“,”The skin plays a key role in protecting the body exposed to the environment from damage and loss of water. Cornified envelopes ( CE ) and natural moisturizing factor (NMF) are considered as the primary regulators of skin hydration function. The filaggrin,as the most important protein among CE,plays a vital part in water preserving capacity of the stratum corneum ( SC),for which it can not only maintain cross-linking between the corneocytes,but also be degraded to produce NMF. Currently, studies have confirmed the relationship between filaggrin and skin moisturization through various ways. This article aims to review the effects of filaggrin and degradation process on skin moisturization.
