【正】 为了加强企业管理,提高经济效益,确保职工生命安全和国家财产不受损失,辽宁向东化工厂安全生产口号是:继续做到不死人,不爆炸,不出重大火灾事故,一般事故频率稳定在千分之五以下,为实现第八个千天安全生产而奋斗。口号是在总结经验,接受教训的基础上坚定信心,坚持不懈,从1979年11月25日开始,开展了千日目标百日竞赛活动,推行了全员,全面,全过程的 PDCA 循环管理办法,一直坚持到现在,已经历了将近十个年头了。
