用反应性纤维PP(PVA,PA6)—g—PGMA与二乙氧基亚膦酸钠反应可制得含二乙氧基亚膦酸酯的螯合纤维。研究表明,反应性纤维以接枝率1200%的PP—g—PGMA较好,在140℃下和NaPO(OEt)_2反应12小时,增重率可达74%。螯合纤维PP—g—PGMA—PO(OEt)_2对稀土离子的吸附量差异较大,其顺序为Ho~(3+)>Yb~(3+)>Nd~(3+)>Tb~(3+)>Sm~(3+)>Dy~(3+)>La~(3+)>Eu~(3+);而且对稀土的吸附较快。被吸附离子初始浓度越大或吸附时温度越高,则螯合纤维的吸附量亦越大。
Diethoxyphosphonite-containing chelating fibers are made by reacting reactive fibers PP (PVA, PA6) -g-PGMA with sodium diethoxyphosphinate. The results showed that the reactive fiber with PP-g-PGMA with a graft ratio of 1200% is better, and the reaction rate is up to 74% with NaPO (OEt) 2 at 140 ℃ for 12 hours. The adsorption capacity of rare earth ions in chelating fiber PP-g-PGMA-PO (OEt) _2 differs greatly with the order of Ho ~ (3 +)> Yb ~ (3 +)> Nd ~ (3 +)> Tb ~ (3 +)> Sm ~ (3 +)> Dy ~ (3 +)> La ~ (3 +)> Eu ~ (3+); The higher the initial concentration of the adsorbed ions or the higher the temperature at the time of adsorption, the larger the adsorption amount of the chelate fiber.
