In order to improve the production of oil wells, it is necessary to carry out development measures for increasing the production and increasing of the entanglement, and most of these measures will cause damage to the casing and will have shorter life expectancy. The previous design theory of casing strength mainly considers the requirements of completion construction, but basically does not consider many factors such as stimulation measures and stress changes in the later period. So after the production of oil and water wells, due to the casing to withstand external loads and stress changes that make the casing deformation occurs in varying degrees or even setbacks, so that oil and water wells scrapped. In recent years, oil scholars have been studying the mechanism of casing damage and looking for ways to reduce or slow casing damage.
