体育教学中的准备活动是体育课不可缺少的一部分。准备活动完成的好坏,将直接影响基本教学任务的完成。认真做好准备活动对学生增进健康、增强体质、防止伤害事故,掌握体育知识、技术、技能也都具有重要的意义。但就目前中学的体育教学准备活动情况来看,其组织形式与练习内容单调,绝大多数学生觉得体育准备活动枯燥无味,产生了厌学情绪,严重影响了体育课教学效果。作为体育教师,既要提高学生对做好体育准备活动的认识,又要丰富活动内容,创新活动形式,努力激发学生主动参与准备活动的兴趣。
Preparation in physical education is an integral part of physical education. The completion of preparatory activities is good or bad, will directly affect the completion of basic teaching tasks. Careful preparation activities for students to improve health, enhance physical fitness, prevent injuries, master sports knowledge, technology, skills are also of great significance. However, considering the present situation of preparation for physical education in secondary schools, most of the students think the sports preparation activities are dull and tasteless, resulting in a sense of dislike of learning and seriously affecting the teaching effect of physical education. As a physical education teacher, it is necessary to raise students ’awareness of preparing for sports activities as well as to enrich activities and forms of innovation activities so as to stimulate students’ interest in taking part in preparation activities.
