目的:探讨谷胱甘肽转移酶(GSTπ)和拓扑异构酶(TopoⅡα)在乳腺癌组织中表达状况及意义。方法:取乳腺癌标本72例,乳腺腺瘤30例,利用SP免疫组织化学方法,检测GSTπ和TopoⅡα阳性率。结果:GSTπ在乳腺腺瘤中阳性率为26.67%,在乳癌中阳性率为68.05%。TopoⅡα在腺瘤和腺癌中阳性率分别为0.00%和50.00%。Ⅲ级乳癌中GSTπ表达率明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级;TopoⅡα则在乳癌Ⅰ级中表达高于Ⅲ级。结论:GSTπ和TopoⅡα在乳癌中阳性率明显高于腺瘤。检测GSTπ和TopoⅡα对乳腺癌化疗药物的选择有指导作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of glutathione transferase (GSTπ) and topoisomerase (TopoⅡα) in breast cancer. Methods: 72 cases of breast cancer specimens and 30 cases of breast adenomas were obtained. The positive rate of GSTπ and TopoⅡα were detected by SP immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rate of GSTπ in breast adenoma was 26.67%, and the positive rate in breast cancer was 68.05%. The positive rates of TopoⅡα in adenoma and adenocarcinoma were 0.00% and 50.00% respectively. The expression of GSTπ in grade Ⅲ breast cancer was significantly higher than that in grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ, and TopoⅡα was higher in grade Ⅰ breast cancer than grade Ⅲ. Conclusion: The positive rate of GSTπ and TopoⅡα in breast cancer is significantly higher than that of adenoma. Detection of GSTπ and TopoⅡα may play a guiding role in the selection of chemotherapy drugs for breast cancer.
