随着社会不断进步发展,人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对医疗水平的要求越来越高。近年来医疗纠纷案件逐渐增多,不断发生的医疗纠纷产生了严重的负面影响,成为社会关注的焦点。鉴于医疗纠纷发生呈上升的现状及其产生的负面社会影响,探讨医疗纠纷发生的原因,探讨相应对策是极其必要的。文章以经济管理学的视角,探讨分析医疗纠纷的成本内容与产生原因,并提出相应的对策,从而减少医疗纠纷和降低解决医疗纠纷的成本。
