为了进一步发挥广大中学图书馆工作者的积极性,促进中学图书馆事业的发展,上海市中小学图书馆学会(筹)、上海市南市区教育局、上海市师范大学图书馆、上海《图书馆杂志》编辑部等十个单位于1991年11月27日至29日在上海联合召开首届部分省市中学图书馆经验交流暨学术研讨会。这次会议代表来自25个省(区)98人。大会得到国家教委的重视和支持,并派专人参加。上海市教育局、上海市南市区人民政府和华东师范大学、北京师范大学等领导及专家出席了会议。会议就中学图书馆工作如何以教育改革为中心,做好管理、服务工作,进一步发挥中学图书馆的教育职能,加强中学生的阅读指导和图书情报知
In order to give full play to the enthusiasm of the majority of middle school library workers and promote the development of middle school libraries, Shanghai Municipal Primary and Secondary Library Society (chips), Shanghai Nanshi District Education Bureau, Shanghai Normal University Library, Shanghai “Library Magazine ”editorial department and other ten units in November 27, 1991 to 29 in Shanghai jointly held the first part of the provincial high school library experience exchange and academic seminar. The conference delegates from 98 provinces in 25 provinces (regions). The congress received the attention and support of the State Education Commission and sent special people to attend the congress. Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Education, Shanghai Nanshi District People’s Government and East China Normal University, Beijing Normal University and other leaders and experts attended the meeting.
