日前,北京市土地整理储备中心对多宗即将于今年上半年入市的商业用地进行了项目公示。21世纪不动产商业地产部,结合在商业地产领域从事咨询和代理等工作的多年经验,组织了专业团队对其中一些热点地块进行了实地调查,并就位置、交通、规划条件和商业前景等业内关心的问题进行了分析评述。
