民航气象观测是民航气象业务服务的基础工作,准确、及时、全面的收集资料、分析处理数据并传送至机场相关单位或部门,为飞机飞行活动提供实时飞行气象参数,在航空业务迅猛发展时期,为适应航空气象服务需求,应不断加强民航气象观测工作,夯实民航气象观测基础工作,提高观测服务认识,转变工作思路,进一步提升特殊天气情况处置能力。
