中药固真方具有补肾益精、延缓衰老等作用。本文主要研究固真方对~3H-TdR参入DNA及碱性磷酸酶活性的影响。实验结果表明,当大鼠成骨肉瘤细胞ROS17/2.8经固真方药处理24h后,其~3H-TdR的参入比对照组增高13.9%至319.2%,而其碱性磷酸酶活性在经固真方药处理2—3天后则增高4.4%至52.8%(平均30.2%),提示固真方药在成骨样细胞中既有增殖作用,也有促分化作用。
The Chinese medicine Guzhen Fang has the effects of nourishing the kidney, essence, and delaying aging. This article mainly studies the effect of Guzhen Fang on the incorporation of ~3H-TdR into DNA and alkaline phosphatase activity. The experimental results showed that when the osteogenic sarcoma cells of rats were treated with Guzhen Recipe for 24 h, the incorporation of ~3H-TdR was increased by 13.9% to 319.2% compared with the control group, while the activity of alkaline phosphatase was increased. After treatment for 2-3 days, prescriptions increased 4.4% to 52.8% (average 30.2%), suggesting that Guzhen Recipe has both proliferative and osteogenic effects in osteoblast-like cells.
