目的分析精神科住院患者退药原因,以促进合理用药。方法利用医院的HIS系统,对病区药房2011年1月-2012年12月的7个精神科住院部退药单232份按照退药原因和所退药品类别进行分析。结果退药单232例中主要退药原因有修改医嘱、药品录入错误、药品不良反应,药品药费过高等。所退药品类别中以中枢神经系统药品居多。结论提高以患者为中心的服务理念,提升服务意识,规范退药行为,确保临床安全用药。
Objective To analyze the reason of retreat in psychiatric inpatients to promote rational drug use. Methods The hospital HIS system was used to analyze 232 drug withdrawal orders in 7 psychiatric inpatient departments of ward pharmacies from January 2011 to December 2012 according to the reasons of withdrawal and the categories of returned drugs. Results The main reasons for the withdrawal of 232 cases in the withdrawal order were medical advice, wrong entry of medicines, adverse drug reactions and excessive drug charges. In the retreated drug category, the majority of CNS medicines are used. Conclusion Improve patient-centered service concept, improve service awareness, standardize withdrawal behavior and ensure clinical safety.
