目的研究医疗器械清洗质量快速评价方法。方法通过现场采样检测方法,比较了肉眼裸视、矫正视力法和ATP生物荧光法对医疗器械清洗质量评价效果。结果从山东省12家医院消毒供应中心采集711件清洗后医疗器械,肉眼裸视法、矫正视力法和ATP生物荧光法检测结果显示,医疗器械清洗质量合格率分别为66.39%、62.31%和62.59%。肉眼裸视法检测结果与矫正视力法和ATP生物荧光法一致性较差,Kappa系数为0.16。结论矫正视力法和ATP生物荧光法可用于医疗器械清洗质量检测。
Objective To study the rapid evaluation method of medical device cleaning quality. Methods By field sampling and detection methods, the naked eye vision, corrected visual acuity and ATP biofluorescence were compared to evaluate the quality of medical device cleaning. Results Seven hundred and eleven medical instruments were collected from 12 disinfection supply centers in Shandong Province. The results of naked visual acuity test, corrected visual acuity test and ATP biofluorescence test showed that the qualified rates of medical instrument cleaning were 66.39%, 62.31% and 62.59 %. The uncorrected visual acuity test was inconsistent with the corrected visual acuity and ATP biofluorescence, with a Kappa coefficient of 0.16. Conclusion The corrected visual acuity and ATP biofluorescence can be used to detect the quality of medical device cleaning.
