在对相关文献进行回顾和分析的基础上,从二元论视角出发,构建外部知识搜索(知识搜索宽度与知识搜索深度)及其二元效应对创新绩效影响的理论框架,探索外部知识搜索(知识搜索宽度与知识搜索深度)及其二元效应对企业创新绩效的作用机理。通过问卷调研获取273家中国企业的调研数据,运用层次回归分析方法验证各项理论假设。结果表明:知识搜索深度与知识搜索宽度的联合维度、知识搜索深度与知识搜索宽度的平衡维度均显著正向线性影响企业创新绩效,外部知识搜索与环境的匹配正向影响企业创新绩效。
On the basis of reviewing and analyzing related literatures, from the perspective of dualism, this paper constructs a theoretical framework of external knowledge search (knowledge search breadth and depth of knowledge search) and its impact on innovation performance, and explores external knowledge search (knowledge search Width and depth of knowledge search) and its dual effect on the innovation performance of enterprises. The survey data of 273 Chinese enterprises were obtained through questionnaire survey, and the theoretical assumptions were verified by the method of hierarchical regression analysis. The results show that both the joint dimension of knowledge search depth and the width of knowledge search, and the balance dimension of knowledge search depth and knowledge search width all positively and linearly affect the innovation performance of enterprises. The matching of external knowledge search and environment positively affects the innovation performance of enterprises.
