当前,随着社会主义市场经济的不断变化,国内医疗制度改革进程较快,医院为了自身更好的生存与发展,应对内部各管理制度进行全面的改革,强化成本核算,适当的节约开支,确保医院现有资源得到合理配置,增强医院综合能力。然而实际情况是,医院内部控制管理过程中还有这样那样的问题,这是目前医院最为棘手且需要有效解决的重点。本文首先指出了现代医院内部控制制度存在的问题,其次,提出了解决医院内部控制制度问题的措施。
At present, with the continuous changes in the socialist market economy, the reform of the domestic medical system is proceeding rapidly. For a better survival and development of the hospital itself, the hospital should comprehensively reform the internal management systems, strengthen cost accounting, appropriately save expenses and ensure The hospital’s existing resources are properly allocated to enhance the hospital’s comprehensive ability. However, the actual situation is that such problems still exist in the process of hospital internal control management, which is the most difficult point in the hospital and an effective solution to the problem. This paper first points out the problems existing in the internal control system of modern hospitals, and second, it puts forward the measures to solve the problems of the internal control system in hospitals.
