我们沙市日化总厂是轻工部定点生产洗涤用品的专业厂。改革10年间,企业的经济效益得到长足的发展。在市场疲软的1989年,实现产值12409.90万元,比上年增长7.59%;实现销售收入17202万元,比上年增长17.92%,实现利税2601.50万元,比上年增长0.6%。改革10年的经验表明,在任何困难情况下,特别是当前市场疲软的严峻形势,只有不畏困难,勇创一流,企业才能提高经济效益,才能增强应变能力、幅射能力、承受能力,才能充满活力。一、在市场中寻求计划经济与市场调节的结合点由于多种原因,我厂核定流动资金只有100多万元,原材料供应只能生产20000吨,而我厂每年实际需流动资金7000万元,产量是70000吨,这种状况突出表现计划经济与市场调节的矛盾,如何使两者达到平衡、有利于企业经济效益提高?我们主要做了这样四项工作:
