变形性脊椎炎是慢性系统性脊椎炎和关节炎,70％的病例首先出现外周关节损害。作者观察42例在俄罗斯医学科学院风湿病研究所住院治疗的变形性脊椎炎,经临床、实验室和X线检查确诊。病程1～5年,平均2.8年。14例(33.3％)首先出现颞颌关节病变,共25例(59.5％)有颞颌关节损害,均为男性,这些病例均为正常位颌关系,牙列咬合正常,排除了牙(牙合)异常引起的关节损害,也排除了感染性颞颌关节炎。
Ankylosing spondylitis is a chronic ankylosing spondylitis and arthritis. Peripheral joint damage occurs first in 70% of cases. The authors observed 42 cases of ankylosing spondylitis hospitalized at the Institute of Rheumatology at the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences and confirmed by clinical, laboratory and X-ray findings. Duration of 1 to 5 years, an average of 2.8 years. Twenty-five patients (59.5%) had temporomandibular joint injury in 14 cases (33.3%) with temporomandibular joint disease. All of them were male. All of these cases were normal and mandibular relationship, normal occlusion of the dentition, Abnormally caused joint damage, but also ruled out infective temporomandibular arthritis.
