从产业经济发展、企业人才需求、学生就业期望、学校自身发展四方面来看,研究旅游管理专业“卓越人才”的素能要求与培养策略具有重要意义。经过市场调查和深入访谈,提出旅游专业卓越人才的工作岗位、主要任务和能力要求;并指出人才特征表现为思维的创新性、能力的前沿性和发展的可持续性。我们需要从重构课程体系、教学方法改革、深化实践教学、深度校企合作四个方面来改进人才培养系统,以符合卓越人才的培养要求。
From the aspects of industrial economic development, enterprise talent demand, student employment expectation and school self-development, it is of great significance to study the qualifications and training strategies of tourism management major and “outstanding talent”. Through market research and in-depth interviews, we propose job opportunities, major tasks and competency requirements for tourism professionals. Moreover, we point out that talent characteristics are characterized by innovative thinking, capability frontiers, and sustainability of development. We need to improve the personnel training system from the following four aspects: restructuring the curriculum system, reforming teaching methods, deepening practical teaching, and deepening cooperation between schools and enterprises in order to meet the training requirements for outstanding talents.
