随着高层建筑的发展,钢筋混凝土薄型墙体愈来愈多。因此,有关墙体保温、隔热如何处理的问题,已急迫地提到议事日程上来。特别是在建筑节能呼声日趋高涨的今天,对建筑物外墙的绝热效果,提出了更高的要求。显而易见,如何选取高效绝热墙体,已成为建筑师们必须认真对待和切实解决的技术课题。墙体绝热处理的做法多种多样,各种做法的功能优劣、施工难易程度以及经济效益等等,均有所差异。笔者认为:从综合效果考虑,外绝热墙体是易于可取,效果较理想的方案,应引起我国建筑界的重视。
With the development of high-rise buildings, there are more and more reinforced concrete thin walls. Therefore, the issue of how to deal with wall insulation and heat insulation has been urgently mentioned on the agenda. In particular, today’s rising demand for building energy efficiency has raised higher requirements for the thermal insulation effect of building facades. Obviously, how to select efficient thermal insulation walls has become a technical issue that architects must take seriously and solve practically. The practice of heat-insulating the wall is various, and the features of various methods, the degree of ease of construction, and the economic benefits are all different. The author believes that: considering the comprehensive effect, the external thermal insulation wall is an easy and desirable solution, and the effect is more ideal. It should cause the attention of the construction industry in China.
