设计了汽车安全带紧急锁止性能试验台的机械系统及测控系统。通过改变直线电机动头运动加速度,可模拟汽车行驶中乘客在不同工况下所系安全带的紧急锁止功能,本试验台采用工控机作为上位机,配以PARKER1505控制卡实现闭环控制,以VC++6.0为软件开发平台,设计了检测与控制系统。可实现对不同型号汽车安全带紧急锁止性能的检测。试验台采用模糊PID控制算法,降低了干扰和参数变化对系统的影响,从而增强了控制系统的鲁棒性。
The mechanical system and the measurement and control system of the emergency lock performance test bed for a car seat belt are designed. By changing the linear motor head moving acceleration, the vehicle can simulate the passenger under different conditions of the seat belt emergency locking function, the test bed using IPC as the host computer, with PARKER1505 control card to achieve closed-loop control to VC ++ 6.0 software development platform, designed a detection and control system. Can achieve different types of car seat belt emergency lock performance testing. The test bed adopts the fuzzy PID control algorithm, which reduces the influence of disturbance and parameter variation on the system and enhances the robustness of the control system.
