目的:研究党参多糖提取最佳工艺条件。方法:利用响应面法(RSM)对党参多糖的提取工艺进行优化。在单因素实验基础上选取实验因素与水平,根据中心组合实验设计原理采用3因素3水平的响应面分析法,依据回归分析确定各工艺条件的影响因子,以党参多糖提取率为响应值作响应面和等高线。结果:在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后,得出党参多糖浸提的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶21,浸提温度91℃,浸提时间2.5 h。结论:党参多糖的实际一次提取率可达9.46%。
Objective: To study the optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Codonopsis pilosula. Methods: Response surface methodology (RSM) was used to optimize the extraction of polysaccharides from Codonopsis pilosula. The experimental factors and levels were selected on the basis of single factor experiments. According to the central composite experimental design principle, the response surface analysis method of 3 factors and 3 levels was adopted. According to the regression analysis, the influence factors of each process condition were determined. Surface and contours. Results: After analyzing the significance and interaction of various factors, the optimum conditions for the extraction of polysaccharides from Codonopsis pilosula were obtained: the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:21, the extraction temperature was 91 ℃ and the extraction time was 2.5 h. Conclusion: The actual extraction rate of polysaccharide of Codonopsis pilosula can reach 9.46%.
