我国人口众多,结核病在我国仍是高发病,妊娠结核病比较常见。在妊娠期及时诊断出活动性肺结核,关系到孕妇和胎儿的健康,否则病情恶化,可能出现重症结核性脑膜炎,粟粒性肺结核等,进而威胁到孕妇和胎儿的生命。现将本院2005~2006年已确诊的8例妊娠结核病临床分析如下。1临床资料1
