选择合理的隧道支护方式不仅可以保障隧道施工人员安全及施工顺利开展,也可以在很大程度上提高隧道的自身质量。本文结合隧道工程自身特点,采用大管棚超前支护作为隧道的辅助施工方法。预埋超前管棚做顶板及侧壁支撑,为后续的隧道开挖奠定了坚实的基础,施工方便、高效且安全性得到极大的提高,是解决隧道施工中冒顶最有效、最合理的施工方法。特别对于浅埋隧道的进出口段,管棚法还给后续施工带来了安全保障。
Choosing a reasonable way of tunnel support can not only ensure the safety of tunnel construction personnel and the smooth implementation of construction, but also improve the tunnel’s own quality to a great extent. Combined with the characteristics of tunnel engineering, this paper adopts the advanced support of large pipe shed as the auxiliary construction method of tunnel. The advanced roof shed and the side wall support are buried in advance, laying a solid foundation for subsequent tunnel excavation. The construction is convenient, efficient and safety is greatly improved. It is the most effective and reasonable construction for roof fall in tunnel construction method. Especially for the shallow section of the import and export of tunnels, pipe shed law back to the construction has brought security.
