以土壤螨为指标检测EM堆肥生态效应的研究

1997年对河北曲周农大实验站不同施肥条件下农田中的土壤螨进行调查 ,共获土壤螨标本 3776个 ,分属于 4个目。通过对 3种不同施肥区 (EM堆肥区、传统堆肥区、化肥区 )土壤螨群落丰富度指数、多样性指数分析表明 ,施用EM堆肥区土壤螨数量多 ,物种丰富 ,群落稳定性强。均匀度指数表明EM堆肥区土壤螨分布均匀 ,季节性波动平缓。EM堆肥区 1 0~ 2 0cm土层土壤螨数量比传统堆肥区、化肥区增多 ,EM堆肥区土壤螨垂直分布下限下移 ,EM堆肥区土壤有机层加深。 Soil mites in farmland under different fertilization conditions were investigated in 1997 at the experimental station of agricultural sciences in Quzhou, Hebei. A total of 3776 soil mite specimens were obtained, belonging to 4 orders. Through the analysis of soil mite community abundance index and diversity index in three kinds of fertilization zones (EM composting zone, traditional compost zone and chemical fertilizer zone), it was found that there were many soil mites, rich species and strong community stability. The evenness index showed that soil mites in EM composting area were distributed evenly and the seasonal fluctuation was gentle. The number of soil mites in 10 ~ 20 cm soil layer in EM compost area increased more than that in traditional compost area and chemical fertilizer area, while the lower limit of vertical distribution of soil mite in EM compost area decreased, and the organic layer in soil of EM compost area deepened.
