在分析机床结构热变形或考虑防止措施时,至今还没有一种能定量地估算机械结构中热源强度的方法。本文介绍采用有限元法,测定热源及其周围温度的方法。这种方法能方便而精确地估算热源强度和机床温度的分布,适用于有几个热源的场合,可以是处于热稳态;也可以是非热稳态。文章还介绍了估算热源强度的原理,和在此基础上发展起来的电子计算机程序,以及使用这种方法的结果,和由实验证实这种方法的精度。此外,这种方法还可以应用于证实某些机床的热源强度,效果也较好。
To date, there is no method for quantitatively estimating the intensity of a heat source in a mechanical structure when analyzing the thermal deformation of a machine tool structure or considering preventive measures. This article describes the use of finite element method to determine the heat source and its surrounding temperature. This method can easily and accurately estimate the heat source intensity and the distribution of the machine tool temperature. It is suitable for applications with several heat sources, which can be in thermal steady state or non-thermal steady state. The article also introduced the principle of estimating the intensity of heat sources and the electronic computer program developed on the basis of this method, as well as the results of using this method and the accuracy of this method verified by experiments. In addition, this method can also be applied to confirm the heat intensity of some machine tools, the effect is better.
