针对现有高压水表流量量程达不到工程需要的问题,运用流体力学并联分流的理论作为基础,通过增加并联管路的方法及实验标定对原有水表进行改造,扩大其量程;同时,通过节流阀的调节作用,使得水表有多个量程可选。结果表明,新型双功能多量程高压防爆水表的最大量程可扩大为10 m3/h,同时有5 m3/h、7 m3/h及8 m3/h的量程供为选择;该改造方案减小了对原有水表的机械损伤,并为更大量程水表的改造提供了一套可行性思路。
Aiming at the problem that the existing high-pressure water meter’s flow range can not reach the engineering requirement, the theory of parallel shunt of fluid mechanics is used as the basis to modify the original water meter by increasing the method of parallel pipeline and experimental calibration to expand its measuring range. At the same time, Flow regulating valve, making the water meter has multiple ranges optional. The results show that the maximum range of the new dual-function multi-range high-pressure explosion-proof water meter can be expanded to 10 m3 / h and the ranges of 5 m3 / h, 7 m3 / h and 8 m3 / h are available at the same time; The mechanical damage to the original water meter, and for a larger scale water meter transformation provides a feasible idea.
