菜粉蝶(Artogeia rapae)成虫对番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum)、苦楝(Melia azedarach)、黄花蒿(Artemisia annua)和甘野菊(Dendren-thema boreale)等植物的18种试样表现出不同的触角电位(EAG)反应,而且雌雄两性的触角对特定试样的反应也有差别。具有较强的产卵忌避或吸引能力的试样,能激起雌性触角较大的 EAG 反应;但是能激起最大 EAG 反应的试样并没有在产卵选择试验中表现出最大的忌避能力。可见,EAG 反应与莱粉蝶的寄主选择有关。但 EAG 反应的幅度与产卵忌避率之间不完全是正比关系。菜粉蝶的卵也有产卵忌避外激素。
Adult adults of Artogeia rapae exhibited different values of EAG on 18 specimens of plants such as Lycopersicon esculentum, Melia azedarach, Artemisia annua and Dendren-thema boreale ) Reaction, and the male and female antenna tentative response to specific samples are also different. Specimens with strong oviposition repellency or attractability evoked larger EAG responses in female antennae; however, specimens that elicited maximum EAG responses did not exhibit the greatest repellency in ovipositing selection tests. It can be seen that the EAG response is related to the host selection of the Giant phalaenopsis. However, the magnitude of EAG response is not exactly proportional to the rate of oviposition. Cabbage butterfly eggs also ovipotete hormone.
