“1000t”横移车系为本局 MG 500/50门式起重机相配套的项目,现已竣工,用于本局一公司东江口预制厂(见封3)。因该处水文地理条件所限,设计任务书规定:①载重1000t(中间连接平台载荷10kN/m~2);②横移坑深≤1.5m;③除两道 L_Q=24m 门吊轨外,在连接平台上设三道间距为6m 的塔吊轨。此外,东江口预制厂横移车所在部位原是围堰填沙而成,基础十分松软,按理应在坑底轨下打桩做地梁,但因资金困难,决定采用碎石枕轨基础。基于上述诸因素,横移车的设计难度是相当大的。
“1000t ” horizontal transfer car is a project matching the MG 500/50 Gantry Crane of this Council. It has been completed for the prefabrication plant of Dongjiangkou, a company of this Council (see seal 3). Because of the limited hydrogeological conditions, the design task book states that: ① The load is 1000t (the load of intermediate connecting platform is 10kN / m ~ 2); ② The depth of traversing pit is ≤1.5m; ③ Except for two L_Q = In the connecting platform set three spacing of 6m tower crane rail. In addition, the Dongjiangkou prefabricated yard was originally filled with cofferdam filling sand. The foundation was very soft and should be piled under the pit rail to make the ground girder. However, due to financial difficulties, it was decided to adopt the ballast sleeper rail foundation. Based on the above factors, the design of cross-car is quite difficult.
