目的研究委陵菜属Potentilla L.药用植物的亲缘关系。方法对6份供试材料进行ISSR分析。利用POPGENE软件分析遗传相似系数,UPGMA方法聚类,构建亲缘关系系统图。结果 11条引物共得到105条扩增条带,其中有89条呈现多态性,占84.76%。遗传相似系数变化范围0.447 6~0.790 5。结论聚类结果显示,来源于同一地区的委陵菜属药用植物种质聚在一起,呈现出一定的地域性分布规律。从分子水平对委陵菜属药用植物的鉴定和开发提供遗传基础,更好地指导种质资源的收集、评价。
Objective To study the genetic relationship between Potentilla L. and Potentilla L. medicinal plants. Methods ISSR analysis of 6 tested materials. Genetic similarity coefficient was analyzed by POPGENE software and clustered by UPGMA method to construct phylogenetic relationship map. Results A total of 105 amplified bands were obtained with 11 primers, of which 89 showed polymorphism, accounting for 84.76%. Genetic similarity coefficient range 0.447 6 ~ 0.790 5. Conclusion The clustering results showed that the medicinal plants of Potentilla from the same area were clustered together and showed a certain geographical distribution. From the molecular level of Potentilla is a medicinal plant identification and development of genetic basis to better guide the collection and evaluation of germplasm resources.
