作业是课堂教学的延续,其布置和评价的过程更是构成教学环节的重要组成部分,可以说作业设计的好坏、作业评价是否到位,不仅影响到课堂的教学效率,更会影响到后续各种教学效果的提升和进步。鉴于此,以“初中数学作业设计及评价的有效性”为主要研究对象,结合教学实际,从作业设计的基本原则、作业评价的有效性策略两个角度对这一问题展开论述和研究,希望能对当前从事初中数学教学的广大工作人员,从方法和教学创新的角度给予启示。
Homework is a continuation of classroom teaching. The process of arrangement and evaluation constitutes an important part of the teaching process. It can be said that job design is good or bad and job evaluation is in place. This not only affects the classroom teaching efficiency, but also affects the follow-up. This kind of teaching improves and progresses. In view of this, taking “major school mathematics homework design and evaluation effectiveness” as the main research object, combining with teaching practice, this article discusses and researches on this issue from the perspectives of the basic principles of job design and the effectiveness evaluation strategy of homework evaluation. It is hoped that the vast number of staff currently engaged in mathematics teaching in junior high schools will be inspired by the method and teaching innovation.
