研究了液相烧结钢结硬质合金-铁双层复合材料的生产工艺。通过复合材料的收缩分析、显微观察与硬度分析,探讨了液相烧结双层复合材料的机理。结果表明,两层材料在烧结、冷却时收缩均不一致,复合材料内部存在相当大的内应力;在烧结体内不但存在棱角状的碳化物,还存在团化状的碳化物,界面区域的强度高于钢结硬质合金区的强度;界面区域显微硬度过渡平滑,组织变化平缓、均匀,两种材质结合良好。
The production process of liquid-phase sintered steel-bonded carbide-iron double-layer composite was studied. Through the shrinkage analysis, microscopic observation and hardness analysis of composite materials, the mechanism of liquid phase sintering double-layer composites was discussed. The results show that the shrinkage of the two materials is not uniform during sintering and cooling, and there is considerable internal stress in the composite. In the sintered body, not only angular carbides but also enamel-like carbides exist and the strength of the interfacial region is high The strength of steel-bonded cemented carbide zone; the interfacial region of the micro-hardness transition smooth, organizational change is gentle, uniform, the two materials combined well.
