根据软件开发理论的研究,针对目前高温空气燃烧技术在工业炉领域中具体应用,以蓄热式陶瓷球燃烧器为研究对象研制开发了蓄热式陶瓷球燃烧器设计系统。该系统可完成蓄热式陶瓷球燃烧器的工艺设计与校核计算全过程,大大提高了设计效率。从不同的模型,不同的视角,详细地描述了标准建模语言UML在开发蓄热式陶瓷球燃烧器设计系统中的建模的一般过程,并阐述了建模的工作结果和模型的使用效果。结果表明,UML的建模方法对整个蓄热式陶瓷球燃烧器设计系统的实现起到了重要作用。
According to the research of software development theory, aiming at the specific application of high temperature air combustion technology in the field of industrial furnaces, the design system of regenerative ceramic ball burners was developed with regenerative ceramic ball burners as the research object. The system can complete the process of regenerative ceramic ball burner design and check calculation of the entire process, greatly improving the design efficiency. From different models and different perspectives, the general process of modeling the standard modeling language UML in the development of regenerative ceramic ball burner design system is described in detail, and the working results of the modeling and the effects of the model are expounded . The results show that the modeling method of UML plays an important role in the realization of the entire regenerative ceramic ball burner design system.
