目的 :改进鼻内窥镜下对慢性鼻窦炎及鼻息肉的手术治疗方法 ,提高疗效。方法 :采用美国 Stryker公司生产的全自动电动切割器 ( Hummer)对 33例鼻息肉、慢性鼻窦炎施行鼻内窥镜手术。结果 :Hummer能保持术野清晰 ,具有准确、安全切除病变组织 ,保护正常粘膜和重要结构。本组经 6个月～ 1年随访 ,治愈 2 4例 ( 72 .7% ) ,好转 9例 ( 2 7.3% ) ,无 1例发生严重并发症。结论 :Hummer确有使用简便 ,安全可靠的特点 ,它在鼻内窥镜手术中的应用有利于加快手术速度 ,减少手术并发症 ,提高手术疗效
OBJECTIVE: To improve the surgical treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps under endoscopic sinus surgery and improve the curative effect. Methods: Thirty-three cases of nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis underwent nasal endoscopic surgery using a fully automatic electric cutter manufactured by American Stryker Company. Results: Hummer can maintain a clear surgical field, with accurate and safe removal of diseased tissue and protection of normal mucosa and important structures. This group after 6 months to 1 year follow-up, cured 24 cases (72.7%), improved in 9 cases (2 7.3%), no one case of serious complications. Conclusion: Hummer is indeed easy to use, safe and reliable, its application in nasal endoscopic surgery is conducive to speed up the operation, reduce surgical complications and improve surgical outcomes
