目的 :本研究探讨大鼠脑局灶缺血 /再灌注是否影响外周血单个核CD3 4+ 细胞的数量。方法 :采用大鼠大脑中动脉 (MCA)缺血 /再灌注线栓法模型 ,将大鼠随机分为 3组 :对照组 ,假手术组 ,动物模型组。取再灌注后 1、3、6、12h和 1、2、3、4、7、14d ,10个观察点 ,测外周血单个核CD3 4+ 表达情况。结果 :大鼠脑缺血 /再灌注模型中外周血单个核CD3 4+ 细胞在再灌注后 1h~ 2d无明显变化 ,在脑缺血 /再灌注后 3~ 7d明显减少 ,14d后恢复。结论 :大鼠脑缺血 /再灌注模型再灌注后 1h~ 2d再灌注后外周血单个核CD3 4+ 细胞没有变化 ,在脑缺血 /再灌注后 3~ 7d明显减少。
Objective: To investigate whether focal ischemia / reperfusion in rats affects the number of CD3 4 + cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, sham operation group and animal model group by using MCA model of ischemia / reperfusion in rats. At 1, 3, 6, 12 h and 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 14 and 10 points after reperfusion, the expression of CD34 + in peripheral blood mononuclear cells was measured. Results: There was no significant change of CD3 4 + cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 1 h to 2 d after cerebral ischemia / reperfusion in rats, and significantly decreased from 3 to 7 d after cerebral ischemia / reperfusion, and recovered after 14 d. CONCLUSION: CD3 4 + cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in reperfusion of 1h ~ 2d after reperfusion in rat model of cerebral ischemia / reperfusion have no change, and obviously decrease in 3 ~ 7d after cerebral ischemia / reperfusion.
