去年,我院的病案室和统计室是各干各的,常有丢失病案、遗漏登记等混乱现象。1958年1月份我们试行统计室和病案室合并办公。我们的统计室在楼上,病案室在楼下,按编制有统计员、病案员各一名。合并办公后,以楼下病案室为联合办公場所,接诊室日报表、伤病员出(轉)院通知单、轉科通知单、住院卡片等原始资料都放在病案室,统计资料和医疗表册仍放在统计室。每天上午两人共同进行退院患者病案的装订、检查、登记、编目工作;至于医疗统计的综合和分析,仍在统计室进行。根据半年来的体会,合并办公有以下几点好处。第一,减少繁琐的手續,节省工作时间。我俩把填写病案的总登记、住院卡片、疾病分类索引卡片、姓名索引卡片这四道工序,合并为一次进行。
Last year, the medical records and statistics offices of our hospital all worked hard and often confused phenomena such as missing medical records and missing registrations. Every morning, they jointly carry out the binding, examination, registration and cataloging of medical records of patients returning from hospitals. As for the comprehensive and analysis of medical statistics, they are still being conducted in the statistical office. According to six months of experience, the merger office has the following advantages. First, reduce cumbersome procedures and save working time. We merged the four procedures of filling in the total record of medical record, hospital card, disease classification index card and name index card into one.
