铁水在100kg级铁浴煤—氧—矿喷射造气和熔融还原之后,直接在炉内进行脱硫精炼批处理。比较了CaO-SiO_2、CaO-CaC_2、CaO-CaF_2、CaO-CaF_2-Al_2O_3、CaO-Al_2O_3-CaF_2-CaC_2五种渣的脱硫能力和喷粉方式对脱硫的影响。结果表明,CaO-CaC_2渣具有较高硫容量。而CaO-Al_2O_3-CaF_2渣具有较大的脱硫表观反应速度常数,脱硫反应的限制性环节是硫在渣中的传质,浸没喷吹能够显著提高脱硫速度。
The hot metal is desulphurized and refined directly in the furnace after 100 kg class iron bath coal-oxygen-ore blast gasification and smelting reduction. The desulfurization capacity and dusting modes of CaO-SiO_2, CaO-CaC_2, CaO-CaF_2, CaO-CaF_2-Al_2O_3 and CaO-Al_2O_3-CaF_2-CaC_2 were compared. The results show that CaO-CaC 2 slag has high sulfur capacity. The CaO-Al_2O_3-CaF_2 slag has a large apparent rate constant of desulfurization. The limiting factor in the desulfurization reaction is the mass transfer of sulfur in the slag. Submerged injection can significantly increase the desulfurization rate.
